Finally – The anchoring
- Now think of your topic and notice the first positive thought that comes to your mind.
- Repeat this for your pleasant thoughts in the mind again and again. Intervene now with the REMSTIM 3000 – Choose the slow chaser light speed.
- Breathe gently and regularly and repeat your pleasant thought.
After using the REMSTIM 3000, breathe deeply and release your feelings as you exhale.
